We always serve at least 16 great flavors of creamy, frozen custard ice cream at Captain Nye's.  All are made here in our Roscoe Village shop in tiny batches, one at a time. 

And we are always adding new flavors, made from hand-selected fruits & berries and picked in season by our local farmers to create the best frozen custard in town!
